Chalice coral concerns

I obtained a new chalice coral approx 7 days ago and it hasn't come out of shell, was fine in shop. Anything to worry about or is it dead.

It helps if you can turn the blue light off, leave only the white light on. Your picture is too blue to see any colour, we only see skeleton.

Yes please! I can't tell anything in the pictures either, except maybe some skeleton popping through on the ridges and on the edges. New one is blurry as well... :(
