Can you take the picture under white lights or adjust the white balance up? All we can see in the picture is blue with green eyes with little to no detail.

If I was to guess through just a that - a filter to remove the blue would also help, I’d probably take a guess at it being a Miami Hurricane Chalice.What's this chalice?
