chalices receding

A few of my chalices started receding and then the tissue began to lift. Can I put some super glue gel under the tissue in hopes that it will stop?

check your alk and mag level. the receding might be due to your alk and mag swing. I don't think it's helpful at all to glue the tissue at this point. cut the receding part and move them under lower lighting and lower flow. I hope they will pull through.
