Changing condy

So I got this one about a month ago and it has been just fine, moved around the tank some and a lot of fun to watch

well today I'm looking at my tank and this is what it's turned into? Overnight?

is it dying? Is it sick? Should I take it out or leave it?
 
It make be expelling old water for new. It could be pooping. They do a lot of weird things. It doesn't look like it is dying to me. I'd leave it there and see what happens.
