Just watched the Netflix Original documentary Chasing Coral. It documents the disappearance of coral reefs related to increased water temperature. Just wanted to let people know it's out there since today is its debut.

Thank you! It's awesome to watch these, also very sad too bc we are losing our natural coral reefs

We need to act NOW or it'll be too late. The movie was sad and alarm-ringing. Was holding my tears looking at these beautiful reefs bleaching, struggling, and eventually dying. If we truly love the very thing in this hobby and care about reefs and ecosystems and our children, we all need to think about the things we can do to reduce our own CO2 contribution, spread awareness, and vote for policies that will help combat climate change.

Hopefully the general public will watch this. I have had many discussions with people who think global warming is just natural and will go up and down. But this time it is different and it is a sign that the human population has reached a tipping point and things are going to start happening that will effect the human population in a big way. Just use your tank as an example look how easy it is to have things go down hill an how it is hard to correct it.

At least I now know the secret of hot looking coral, it's just hot water!

Remember at the end, the guy said don't get depressed, get motivated to do something about it.
