Cheap lighting that can grow softies

so tank is going to be mainly a FOWLR but i like the way the lights make the fish colours pop i really don't want to spend £800 on 2 lights for a 4ft tank when i do not need all that power looking for something £150-£200 each light with bracket. Any ideas? i would like them to be able to grow softies as most likely going to add them
