i have some red slime I'm trying to get rid of. are inverts safe if i do chemiclean? anything else to do besides follow instructions and add an airstone?

Inverts are fine and you got the rest. Leave the skimmer on without the cut, if you have a skimmer

It will work fine in the back if that's where you want to put it

I don't blame you, just so long as you're aerating the water it doesn't really matter where it's being done at

Hey, to sum it up since I am late as always:)

Inverts fine, run skimmer w no cup, and air stone and good to go. Want lots of o2

Have some water ready for a change after using.
