I've never owned a chiller before but picked up a used 1/3 drop-in at a frag swap recently.
Don't have it hooked up yet but decided to power it up and see if it worked.
I let it run about 10 minutes and the coils were not very cold. Should
they be noticeably cold if out of the water? How long should it take?
