Currently have a sixline wrasse, a lawnmower blenny, fire fish, a clown, 2 skunk cleaners. i read somewhere that the blenny might bother a clam. Am thinking about adding a clam, was to be sure.

Anecdotal, but I've had issues with specifically Ecsenius blennies, like the midas and tail-spot but not with others like the molly miller.

yes, +1 on the experience with Ecsenius blennies bothering tridacnid clams. i also have a lawnmower blenny, and i've never observed him paying attention to the clams.
