Does anyone else’s clams shrink in and close when you add phytoplankton or reef roofs or other broadcast coral food? It looks like they don’t like it.

my clam does that if i target feed. broadcast no close

I don't target feed- I broadcast and roids not a favorable food unless you dilute it well. Mine prefers Phyto, oyster feast and Fish eggs

Feed the tank, not the clam(s). They'll grab what they want and digest what they need or want.
