Well I noticed a few days ago that my clam was not looking so great. It was not reacting to shadows or anything. A little more open then it normally is but nothing crazy. If you got close to it it would close up. Figured it was nothing and I would let it be

A friend of mine gave me a little baby clam last night about 6 inches long. I added it to the tank and saw that the big clam was not doing so well at all. No mantel extension at all. Could see pretty much the whole inside I can see tons of white on the shell. I checked for snails or anything that i could see that would be bothering it. I tested the water and it was all in spec

Is there anything left to help? Would a FW dip even do anything at this point or is that about it for this poor guy.

I just don't want anything to spread to the new little clam

Thanks for any info you guys are always help!!

how large was it? because if its under 3 inches you need to actually feed it .
