Clam looking stressed

Just tried to give it a touch to see if it would move.
Pretty sure its dead.
Do i take it out? and also there some christmas tree worms on the mantle so how could i save them and get rid of the clam before it decays?

It looks dead and unfortunately if it didn’t move when you touched it then it’s dead. I would remove it. Sorry for that.

if i want to save the christmas worms on the clam shell can i scoop out the clam flesh and leave the shell in the tank?

Update:
Unfortunately, the clam is dead
When i tried lifting it out of the tank to take it out it confirmed my suspicion that it was dead, white decayin flesh flew out of the mantle and everywhere in the tank and the organ that has the strands to attatch it to rock and the actual mantle of the clam were seperated like the guts had fallen out of it and the shell and mantle went loose.
Does anyone know what could of caused this? or maybe if it got eaten by amphipods?

Clams don't like change and shipping often stresses them. Mine is under Reefi lights. In a 40 breeder with other softies. @Orion is great with clams. Maybe read anything he has on here about them.

Could it be my phosphates too low?

Ill get a photo of the light later but this is the clam today, it seems a bit unresponsive and dosent react much (if at all) to light changes.
Is it already dead?

Sorry to hear about your clam. As mentioned they don’t ship well. However in this photo some of your other corals look to be retracted. Are you able to post your alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, nitrate, salinity, temperature, a photo of your lights and maybe a break down of your schedule. We might be able to help prevent future deaths

Clams are famous for declining quickly.

Going forward I suggest a Derasa or Hippopus over 2 inches, if you still want to keep Tridacna.

Your tank looks fairly new with hair algae, cyano, stning sps frags. Likely lots of instability. This is going to be a tough environment for a clam to survive in.
