Mantle fully extended but mouth shut.
Any concern?

My clam has looked like that for a year now and it does not seem to be adversely affecting mine. FWIW.
 
Looks like a happy T. deresa clam to me.
 
That clam looks good. Look at the shell, he is fine if you see new growth, white, at the edge of the shell.
 
An incurrent siphon being closed is of no concern, it will open as it filters. New shell growth is the best way to tell if a clam is happy and has enough carbon energy to put on shell growth.
