Classroom reef tank project

My mother in law is a middle school Spanish teacher and we have been planning a reef tank in her classroom for the next school year. We spent a lot of time getting approval and support from the school board. We have a 55g tank, building a stand and canopy soon. We have some equipment on its way from some generous people and companies.

Fingers crossed we get lucky on one of the giveaways here. Reactors, rodi and sump would be great!

I love the education idea and would love to donate what I can. do you need pumps, heaters, power heads wave makers protein skimmers? I do also have a glass 10 gallon and a 20 gallo long that could used as a sump. i'll donate to the cause
if we can figure out how to ship glass tanks safely. let me know if I can help.

Hydor donated a koralia 1500 yesterday. I'm going to look at a possible skimmer this weekend. We still need rock, heaters, skimmer, lights, test kits, ato and what not. I'm probably going to build a sump from a petco tank.
