I recently got a cleaner shrimp at my LFS. Last night my shrimp shed its Exo skeleton. 2 questions. Should I take out the Exo skeleton or leave it in for my snails and hermit crabs to eat? Also, I've read in some places that you shouldn't do a water change for 2 weeks afterward after they shed. Is that true? Thank you!

Not sure about the no water change after a molt. They are more sensitive afterwards, but it should be okay assuming there isn’t a major swing after the water change.
I always leave molts in - there is always something to eat it (or the pistol shrimp will claim it as it’s own).
