cleaner wrasse attack?

hi, I just got cleaner wrasse recently, and it seem like this fish kill all my nemo, royal grammar and blenny. I read article stated that if wrasse doesn't find parasite on fish it eventually will stressed fish out, and all 3 of my other fishes die except wrasse. anyone encounter this problem?

Did you quarantine? Are you saying your fish died to a disease?
What was the size of your tank ?They are aggressive fish in smaller tanks.
