Way too late for that. The first hip replacement was 1986. They replaced the replacement in 2000.

Ours too. Finally. We took a huge hit in 2008 but now could easily sell for 3x what we owe. Now if it just keeps going up, I may get to retire some day!!!

What are are you in? I’m always interested in home prices.

I moved from Florida to NC. I doubled size and stayed at same price point. I have made more equity in NC. I always look for other places to move where I can upgrade again at the same price (but not live in middle of no-where. I’m city born)
