clear and has claws critter

I cured my lr about 2 months ago and ready for livestock but i just saw these for the first time. Are they dangerous? I have seen 15 on 2 rocks, very small. Please help i wanted to put in fish this week

Its a white spinal system and clear body. And i have white spots all over my lr

Ok yeah you're fine they are just amphipods, they are kinda like a little scavenger they eat algae and some other small stuff. We have them in our 50g and our angle fish will eat them off the rocks.
