You could always build one yourself. They’re not that hard to put together. I know that sometimes when reefing for a while that what you need for your tank is not made the way you need it for your specific set up or that the price is beyond high for something that might work. At those times it is sometimes easier to do the work yourself. Plenty of examples on building scrubbers online. I do think we might be the only ones with an algae scrubber refugium hybrid though.
If you don’t want to put it together you could probably go to your local acrylic shop with a design and they build it for you. It would probably cost you less and you’d get want you want for the specific needs of your tank.
Examples of a hybrid algae scrubber/refugium. Scrubber on top/cheato-Vulva on bottom separated by egg crates. My fiancée built these, the second one he built with his designs but with help from a local acrylic shop [needed more solid joints attachments to strengthen acrylics joints weak spots]
Top right: algae scrubber/refugium hybrid
Second Scrubber to replace the one above [do to aging joints on 1/8th inch acrylic]
