So about a month ago I purchased a CW-50 from BRS with their Ready to Go package. I used the instructional video and plumbed it up. Scrubber started working great, but I was having issues with it being kinda loud in the drain, splashing hard into the sump.

So I reached out to @Josh@ClearWaterScrubbers and gave him my cell. He called me within a few hours of me sending the message on R2R, we spoke for probably an hour on the phone and he gave me different things to try to fix it. Unfortunetly they didn't work. This was probably 2 weeks ago. Well I reached out again today after trying multiple things to fix this. He offered to Facetime me and work through the problem as seeing it would help him fix it. We facetimed for about an hour and most of it was just talking, but solved the issue, all I needed to do was add a ball value, the drain was catching air inside, was draining to fast. Simple $3 ball value from Lowes to slow down the drain and boom, problem completely solved.

But to get that level of customer service is absolutely insane. Owner of the company calls me direct and then facetimes me to fix a simple issue, then sat and shot the crap with me just talking. Guy is SUPER Legit and awesome dude. Loving the scrubber, works almost to well, stripped my phosphates lol, gotta start dosing them, but its tearing up the algae. I have zero Algae in the tank, all my coral/fish look amazing. Perfect nutrient export!

Now I'm going to wait and probably get their sump as well as its made for this scrubber!

I can't seem to tag Josh, if anyone else could do it for me? Its not letting me. Thanks again Josh! You are amazing sir!
