Clown gobies and acropora

My yellow clown gobie decided to make my acro his home and Im not seeing the same polyp extension i was before he started his loitering. should I remove him or will my coral get over it? I know they host them in the wild right? Thanks for any input

It does irritate the acro, you might wanna get him out.

Hes gone I dont even want to bother with it I like the goby but I love my acro so adios
