Clown pair getting picked on

Hi all, I've got a clown pair and for some reason my majestic and flame angels both have it in for them. They are in a 240 now but the clowns lived with the majestic for years in a previous 300. The majestic was always a bit of a bully but the clowns made their home in a big clump of bryopsis on the back wall which they could defend, despite the majestic they were happy enough and spawned every few weeks.
I put them in the 240 a few weeks before the majestic and flame and they did get on okay for a couple of weeks after being introduced, now they are constantly having to move from one side of the tank to the other, hiding near the overflow, in the corners etc. No damage just a lot swimming near them, grunting from the majestic etc and its stressing them (and me!) out.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what can be done to improve the situation? They have more than enough room, everyone is well fed and there is ton of rockwork in the tank, I guess some fish just don't get along for whatever reason. I bought some fake plants and added them in next to the weir in the hopes they would bed down in these but they won't go near them at the moment. Aside from removing them i'm a bit of a loss for ideas.

I've tried the mirror trick btw, it was only the clowns that fell for it and came over to investigate..

You could try to put the clowns in a breeder box for a week or so, hopefully the angels will get used to them and leave them alone.
