The best customer service around!! I sent Brian an email, within a day or so he sent me a video with 5 Premium Picasso's that I could choose from. He had to send my clown 2-day express, needless to say, I was a bit skeptical, but the fish arrived on-time, expertly packed, happy and healthy.
