Clownfish disease?

Could anyone help ID whats going on with my fish? I’m thinking maybe white spot disease but its my first aquarium so i’m not so sure. The fish were doing fine until today they refused food and they stay at the bottom of the tank.

Hard to see in shade but at one instance looks like ich but also can be bacterial lesions associated with brook. Can you furnish a short video under white light intensity - no blue to confirm what it may be

Thank you for a very clear video. Based on loss of color, location of dots and heavy breathing, It does appear as bacterial lesions associated with brooklynella and will require treatment
With brook, besides lesions, you will see increased breathing rate, sloppy swim pattern, loss of appetite and hiding as examples.
Treatment for brook will require separate tank and treatment using Ruby Rally pro which is tank safe but I recommend separate tank and starting with a ruby rally pro bath for 60 minutes with aeration
