Hi, i bought this clown a few weeks back and didnt notice this white stuff on its face until i got home, any dieas what it is and how to treat it please?

That looks like a viral disease known as Lymphocystis. It is a pretty severe case, and clownfish don't often get this issue, but it does seem to be that disease. This is a self-limiting disease and will go away after a month or so. However, if the growths get too large on its mouth, that can impair feeding.

Could be - the pic isn't really clear enough to say for sure. I was focused on the growths on the face. It is certainly possible for a new fish to have ich AND Lymphocystis at the same time.

The problem is partly that Lymphocystis starts out as small white dots also - so it could be that. The key is are they growing daily or are they coming and going day by day. Additionally to the OP - was the fish quarantined or any other new fish added?
