Clownfish has dents in head

Hi there. My male clownfish has these dents (dimple type things) on both sides of his head. The female has very slight versions of this from the looks of it but this is quite noticeable. Is this normal or dangerous? He also has what looks like a slice on his very bottom fins underneath his belly which I assume is from the female possibly chasing him or maybe running from her and running into a rock.
