ClownFish Seizures

My 2 clowns are acting like they are having seizures! Does that mean they are sick or mating? I have seen multiple explanations. Thanks!

Usually means there sorting out whose going to be the male and female. One is being submissive to the other. There's usually clicking or snapping noises too but you won't hear that
