Clownfish mouth stuck open and fins clamped and some lump near upper lips (not on the lips) . What disease would this be?

Another photo, is this uronema? Mouth is not gasping, stuck open
Clowns rarely if ever get Uronema and may be Brook in which with mouth open is having a hard time breathing but to confirm... Please post a video of at least 25 seconds under bright white light, no blue as these are fuzzy and low light you provided

Sorry my clownfish just died but it had some coloration like this(image below). This is my second encounter with this disease , my first clown also died like this with some coloration. Around the last moment, it often stay near the water surface like trying to breathe. What should i do to treat this disease i kinda lose hope, want to throw away my equipment and buy new one so no contamination. Thanks for your help

This looks to be ither bacterial and even bite marks especially seeing shredded fins on the fish
