Clownfish sick

Can someone please help is this brooklynella and if so how do I treat it without a quarantine tank and can my other clownfish and dragonettes become infected as well he is turning white also has a spot on the other side of him wasn't able too get a picture of it

Thanks I know pic isn't the best but pretty sure it is brooklynella just from research he is swimming rapidly around my tank and his top fin is down looks like it's gone he has a really pale white color and white blotches all over his body my tank is going on 7 month's old as far as parameters I keep my alk at 9.4 nitrates below 5 ppm phosphate is consistent at 0.05 calcium is always high 425 ppm or higher and my salinity is always at about 1.025 or 1.026 right where it should be I dipped all my corals so don't have any idea how any parasite or disease would of made it into my tank but recently got a splatter bta I didn't dip but was told by the tropical fish store where I purchased that I didn't halfto

Well, if it does have Brooklynella, it could have come in on the anemone, if that came from a tank with infected clownfish in it.

Treating that disease is difficult. Formalin, in a treatment tank is the best way to go, but that product is toxic to people and difficult to source. A 5 minute freshwater dip can buy you some time. Some people have reported luck using Ruby Reef Rally Pro.
