Howdy all, I have a Black Storm clown in a QT tank right now with some concerns. About a week ago the clown was acting strange and had a very thin slime coat and my first thought was that my carpet anemone got a hold of it(which now has a new home). Over the next few days the slime coat thickened and the fish seemed to be doing fine until yesterday it was acting strange around my powerhead (not hosting it) nose downward and breathing heavy. Watched it this morning and it was doing the same thing until it swam over to my frag rack and laid down on its side. I immediately went to move it to my QT tank and my other storm (much smaller in size) bit down onto its gill plate and dragged it around.

The fish is now currently in my QT tank breathing steady but not eating. Any ideas?
