I got two clownfish couple days ago and all they do is swim at the top with their mouth out of the water. Are they just getting used to the water?
 
I don't think that's normal behavior for any fish but I could be wrong. Have you tested the water?

Yeah the water is fine.
It's only the clownfish, but they did calm down when I turned the light off
