It’s part of the assert dominance behaviour as they grow up.
The clown that will become male wiggles to communicate understanding of the dominance.
The female by not further attacking is pleased but will continue to do this until they are MUCH older.
They will get more aggressive as they slowly become adults.
Those are little baby clownfish, they haven’t changed into male and female yet.

So should I just take it as it is it’s not any more aggressive than usual the one who’s being charged will just chill in the corner after

Just keep an eye on them. You may see a little fin damage on the one being bullied, but that solves itself if it's eating and water quality is good. Look out for marks on the body or on the mouth as those have a chance of getting infected. Not super common and not super dangerous if you keep an eye on them. There's not much to do now but let nature take its course.

About 2 weeks but this harassment has only started today when I added the wave maker maybe stress induced?
Maybe.
Maybe ones trying to claim the new wavemaker.
They’ll adjust.
Rank maybe establishing.
All seems normal to me.

What’s not allowed is
-constant harassment without pause.
-nips to fins.
-a bite.
-pinning in rockwork.
