Clowns changed host

My clowns have been hosted in a rainbow BTA for several months. Suddenly today, they moved to a purple tip BTA. Is this normal, or is it a sign of something wrong with the rainbow?

It's more than likely a sign to confirm clowns are weird! Do you notice anything odd about the rainbow? If it looks and seems fine, then it's my guess it is just clowns being clowns.

mine was hosting a rbta and now it is hosting my euphelias. ugh

They look fine. She actually spent the night and today in the purple tip, he stayed in the rainbow. They are crazy little buggers.

Clowns are weird. But also, what kind of clowns? If their host isn't a natural host in the wild, it's not surprising that they will move around to other anemones.
