The lips do look a bit white. Was it n with another clown? They sometimes lip wrestle.
How long have you had this fish? It has good body weight but it isn’t swimming as perkily as it should be, fins are slightly folded.

Do you have a nem or hammers or a torch coral? Sometimes clowns will suck on the nem tentacles. It’s supposed to be part of what they do to get used to their sting. It used to make my clowns lips swell up and get puffy and white.

about 2 months, started with 2 lost 1 about 2-3 weeks ago, they fought a bunch. maybe it had been the winner and i never noticed. this one seems ok in my QT but I will keep it there a while all alone just in case thanks

I had the same thing on a pair of clowns I bought. They were born/raised together. Bought both when they were about six weeks old. Put them in my 100 gallon tank with no other inhabitants or coral. Around five days later they both started to show the white around the mouth. Never witnessed them fighting/biting. One recovered...one did not.
