I just liked one of @Fish & Coral Store 's posts.... The universe may be imploding as I type :)
But yes, this looks like a very, very new tank from the bright white sand and plastic plants.
How old is this tank? How did you set it up and cycle it (live rock/sand vs dry rocks, bottled bacteria, etc.)? When did you get these fish?
I'm certainly not an expert in fish disease, but just from the one still pic, it does seem like the fish are in distress. Was it gasping before it fell to the bottom? I feel like low oxygen may be something to consider here.
If there's a member of the R2R #fishmedic or #reefsqaud crew avaible to take a look, that would be very helpful, and I think all of us always appreciate your help :)
My first thought is take that powerhead that I can see in your pics, and point it up at the surface. Mix that surface up so you get good gas exchange. Again, I'm not an expert, but adding aeration would never hurt and might help here.

Is this normal? They are both staying in that spot the one on the bottom look like it’s struggling stay in one spot.????!??

The tank is 3 weeks old I cycled yes

What are your Ammonia and Nitrite levels? Assuming they are at zero now. They could be in distress if still too high.

They are zero they are fine now though
