Planning on getting a 3" piece of Montipora capricornis to put in my fusion 10...right now I have mostly zoas and other softees...is there any distance that I can keep one apart from the other so as not to poison the Monti?...I can do several inches, or is this a bad idea altogether?...Planning on ordering the coral today so an answer ASAP is apprciated...

They will not poison the monti. 2 things can happen. Monti will grow above zoas and kill them. 2 zoas will overgrow monti and kill it but they will definitely live next to each other without harming one another until they start growing
