Collinslice's 25 lagoon

2 AI primes will do extremely well In my opinion. Great choice with the primes tho.

Nice setup! Just ordered my 25L. Great job on the stand

Prime is on its way and should be here Friday. That's when the real fun begins.

Tank is cycled and waiting for livestock.

Still thinking the 2 koralias may be too much flow. I may be on the lookout for an mp10.

Beautiful goby!!

Thanks! I used to actually have a spawning pair of these guys. Both 5+" and laying eggs regularly. Sadly I lost the male a year or so ago.

So the livestock list:
Blue spotted watchman goby
Pj Cardinal
Painted angler

[WilRams]

Wow that clam!

[Collinslice]

WOW where did you get that clam?

I got him from the new defunct Designer Coral. 2 or 3 years ago he cost me $75

Beautiful clam!!!

[JayQueue]

Wow is right! Beautiful clam.

[Collinslice]

And a pic of my nardoa frianti sea star. He really enjoys chomping down astrenia stars

Slowly stocking up on cuc. Have a ninja star snail and a cleaner shrimp. Waiting on some small hermits and nassarius

Also to note: diatoms came and have started to go away within 2 days. The clam is probably helping my filtration haha

[Collinslice]

Nice!! What skimmer are you running? The IM ghost?

A skimmer update for you. I have it set so when you look at the tank only maybe 1/4" of the collection cup is showing. I had it lower but it was skimming a little wet for my taste. Here's a pic of it before emptied and raised the level a bit

Thanks for the update for me on that skimmer, I'm still reading more and more reviews on it but forsure I'm going to end up with it. I'm really close on buying my lagoon can't wait. The skimmer looks like it's doing its though buddy.
