Since upgrade to 7.14 version, I've been facing a lot of communication error code 28 message.
Example when I want to read/save measurement data or when performing a backups etc.
I have static IP and I restarted the unit, PC and router, but issue still persist
Problem happen randomly .

Also please make sure to restore your settings via a USB connection. Looks like you may be connected via WiFi.

Wifi firmware is 6708.
Setttings were saved before upgrade and insert back to the unit once firmware was updated by USB connection.
Issue was not happening before the upgrade and no changes were made on the network.

I don’t think this is connected; however..
Make sure to set a valid DNS server.
8.8.8.8 is google - you may find one better to your locale.
And you don’t have to go through the trouble to blank out your IP settings. Those are local and not accessible by anyone. :)

Yes it is connected and was working fine before so the DNS shouldn't be the issue.
I tried to change to the google 8.8.8.8 and no changes, communication error message still appears randomly.

Here when starting to save settings...

I have uninstalled the old GCC and working with the one that came with the firmware.

I reinstalled the wifi firmware again using the WiFi_FirmwareUpdateTool.exe. Selecting the option erase and reprogram filesystem and it seems that has fixed the issue ;)
