Community Paly Rock?

I just purchased three frags of different palys, in addition to one already in my reef. I was wondering, can you house plays next to each other just like zoanthids?

Only some palys are really toxic and I think the worry is that putting two with palytoxin next to each other could lead to chemical warfare but there is certainly no guarantee that you would have an issue but I personally don't like to risk keeping true Palys. I think the first thing to do is search what you have and see if they are, People Eaters for instance are not Paly.

Yes and just like zoanthids (and everything really) there might be some competition. Hasn't stopped me from doing it and results are fine.

Only issue I have seen is shading. If you have one that hugs the rock next to one with a long “stem” it may overgrow the other.
