Nice, which type is the first fish?

Thanks man. The first fish is the McCoskers Flasher, one of my favorites.

Dude! Very very nice! I built my own stand so I can appreciate all of the time you must have into this. And the attention to detail, It really looks great.

Also what kind of favia is this?

Yeah, even though it took a lot of time I won't ever set up a tank without building my own furniture. Do you have a build thread, I'd like to check it out?

I don't remember which favia it is. Either the Pot of Gold or the Babies Breath. Hopefully someone could jump on here and clarify for the both of us. BTW I'll be taking a couple frags off the colony and selling the mother colony here in the near future.

Your tank looks awesome. You definately need to get some updated pics up though.

So I found out that the favia you asked about is the Tyree Baby's Breathe.

It looks darker in your tank then I've seen in others. I like it though, I'll have to grab a piece next time I get the chance, hopefully it looks as nice in my tank.

It's by far my favorite favia I have.

So over the last few days I've noticed most of my SPS started RTN'ing. One of my favia's and my scoly have started bleaching, and at first I thought well maybe that guy was right about the lights being too bright and they were bleaching my coral out. About 4 days ago I cut back on the Halides to around 4 hours a day, but still the coral was losing color and/or flesh. I decided to install a chiller on the tank today and realized that my thermometer that I was using was off by 3 degrees, so instead of my tank being 81.8 F, like it was (which is getting pretty warm) it was actually right around 85 degrees.

I'm hoping that keeping my temp steady between 78-79 degrees will help my coral and stop them from dying.

I have pics on the install of the chiller that I'll post a little later.

I could never do halides without a chiller, that's why I went with T5s. Even with the T5s I have to run the ac in the summer. Hope it works out for you.

Thanks, I hope so too.

I was thinking that since I have the lights above the tank and the tank is open top it wouldn't get too hot... boy was I wrong.

Yeah, I've seen positive results so far. Most of my SPS has stopped RTN'ing, but man the one's that have RTN'ed are freakin ugly now. I'm hoping they recover quickly.

I got it as the Tyree Red, but there was no lineage and when I compare to other pictures of the Red it doesn't look the same. It is my favorite chalice that I have though.
