Connecting apex to network on PC - another thread dangit

Sers, I changed my router and trying to connect my $2500 junk back on line
its been 2 days
Im somewhat connecting to apex.setup
then if im lucky i get to choose my network and put in the password
after few mins it tells me " opps, we hit a snag"
and im staring over

Ea i have iphone X and downloaded app. when i put in my credentials app force closes.
I have been using this unit on iphone and pc for 2 years with no problem before
What am i missing this time sers?

Does the new router have 2.4GHz?

good point brother.. seems like it sending out both 5 and 2.4 as one in what they call smart frquency...
