Running offline now. But I can’t get back onlineCan you not set up in offline mode at all?
You cant turn it online from offline. You need to forget the light and re-setup in online mode. I had the same issue thats why I said remember your settings.Running offline now. But I can’t get back online
What do you mean “forget the light”?You cant turn it online from offline. You need to forget the light and re-setup in online mode. I had the same issue thats why I said remember your settings.
I'll have to play with the setting to know exactly where to find it but you can basically delete the light from the app and then re install it in online mode. What do you mean “forget the light”?
I’d appreciated your patient but I have deleted and reinstalled plenty times. It works once reinstalled it but then it stops working once I exit out of the app. Let me know if there’s any trick I greatly appreciated since Red Sea is STILL busy when I called the toll free smhI'll have to play with the setting to know exactly where to find it but you can basically delete the light from the app and then re install it in online mode.
And you're on the same wifi network with location turned on when you try and reconnect to the light again?(after closing the app)I’d appreciated your patient but I have deleted and reinstalled plenty times. This may sound silly but I've found the app only works of you're very close to the light also.I’d appreciated your patient but I have deleted and reinstalled plenty times. I use AB+ too and my corals look fabulous. I had a ton of problems connecting with my ReefWave 25 on the onset, now, I have no issues. I think the initial setup is a bit cumbersome. The people at REDSEA are very helpful, though. Give them a call to see if they will help you. You are right that it feels like it shouldn’t be as tough as it is. It is very frustrating and scary when you have so much invested. If you look at it from their perspective at how difficult it must be to build a product that has to integrate with so many different systems and configurations, maybe you can see their side of it? It will all work out in the end. Take care. JLCouldn't agree more, and worse its been out for a while with very little updates to improve. I stand behind their products still even with this headache. I have great coral growth, little algae issues and its reliable once the kinks work out. I even use their coral food AB+, which has blown up my coral growth.
Give them a call ans very helpful? I have been calling an entire day yesterday and no one answer. 1-888-733-7329, it was the Red Sea number. Never I would buy anything from themI use AB+ too and my corals look fabulous. I had a ton of problems connecting with my ReefWave 25 on the onset, now, I have no issues. Did you fill out a Tech Support form? They usually respond within 24 hours with an email asking questions and providing information they think might be helpful.
