Convict tang

Has anyone keot a convict tang long term? Ive heard they dont last in an aquarium

I know of several that are a few years old and going strong. They often come in emaciated and with internal parasites, but if treated for parasites and fed frequently throughout the day they can settle in to aquarium life nicely and be quite hardy.

Hes eating like a champ. Picking all day long. The lfs said they treated him with prazipro when he arrived. So im hoping he stays a while lol

I read that their average life-span in public aquariums is in the range of 6-7 years.
