Copepods??

Not the best photo but is this a copepod there’s several all over the glass or should I be concerned

Hard to tell for sure but looks like an amphipod. They get a lot bigger than copepods, and are good to have reproducing in your tank as a food source for your fish.

I just noticed them this week could they have hitchhiked in or are they just something that grows over time in a tank you know nature

They must have hitchhiked in, nothing just appears out of nowhere. :) The babies are really small so it's not surprising if they hitchhiked and you didn't notice.
