New tank about 6 or 7 weeks old

That is a pretty new tank.

I would start with testing of the big 3, and SG.

I am more inclined to think this is a chemistry problem related to a new tank rather than an actual disease.

I can not make out a lot of details but I might see some Hydroids which can irritate a coral and prevent full expansion.
