Copperband developed little bump/lump on mouth

Hi guys my copperband developed this bump or lump on bottom of the bottom lip/beak. Anyone know what this is?

Is the bumb smooth or cottony/fibrous looking in texture?

I had a Pyramid that developed something like that on his mouth, a week or so after putting it in the DT.
Not cottony or cauliflowery, so probably not lymphocystis.
It didn't seem to bother him any and gradually resolved.
Not sure what it was but I suspect it was stung from trying to sample something that it shouldn't have.
