Coral Box QP-5 not working

The controller lights up fine. It the impeller won’t turn at all.,

many suggestions or is this thing toast?
I’ve cleaned it up and put it back together correctly (I believe) .

should I be able to feel it trying to spin if it was working?

Not sure if this is post with this pump but Have you tried resetting the controller?

Didn’t know you could do that, I’m not at home and don’t think I have the manual anymore. Any ideas?
