Very nice list! Just got into reefing this year but my entire career as a scientist is tagging proteins with these fluorescent proteins for live cell imaging. Dronpa is a current progect continuing the work of Dr George H. Patterson the inventor of the photoactivated GFP (NIH) whom we lost just a few weeks ago
Here is an image of a cell with Blue yellow and red fluorescent proteins

I do not isolate the proteins. I only use them to tag proteins of intetest for my research using molecular genetic manipulations. The yellow and cyan fluorescent proteins and their many derivatives were generated by point mutations of the Aquarea Victoria jellyfish GFP. Essentially this image is part of a movie that demonstrates that the vedicle coat protein complex called COP-I moves "forward" in the cell contrary to what is writen in the Cell Biology text books. The proteins are Epsilon COP-YFP, SEC24- mCherry (the red) and the Blue is KDEL-BFP.
