Your alkalinity is fine as long as that reading is meq/L and not dKH. What test kit and unit of measure? The corals look contracted not dead. You need better pictures to tell.

Did you dip the corals? I accidentally killed a couple once when I left them in the solution for too long. They looked just like yours.

I didn’t dip them as i assumed the water is pretty much from the centre I got the coral from so just let them acclimatise and go in

It looks like you have a lot of air bubbles on your rocks and on the back do you have an air source releasing bubbles in your tank or is that gas releasing off the rocks

Had the tank For Around a year now

the bubbles are from an air source it’s meant to oxygenate the tank

should I take the coral out of the tank or is it worth trying to see if they survive ?
I’m feeding them everyday and making sure they get enough light and keeping them at the top of the tank

I would not have an air source in my display tank could be one reason your coral is not opening... are you running a protein skimmer?

A protein skimmer is enough for oxygen Exchange bubbles in the display tank are undesirable and polyps do not like them you should see a significant change once you end the bubbling

Mate, do not run an air stone in your system, lets leave that for fresh water. You have a protein skimmer let that be your oxygen source. Leathers are resilient it may bounce back. get your water parameters to a proper point and do not go touching the coral while it is trying to heal from the trauma it has gone through. Best luck!

You can also just run ur skimmer without the collection cup, best way to aerate the water.

I’ve turned the air pump off and letting the skimmer airate the tank
Hopefully the coral might pull through
Thanks a lot guys!!!! Appreciated!
