So got my tank all set up and cycled through, tanks about 5 months old and picked up a xr15 g6, and decided to add coral (FINALLY) went to my aquatic store to have my water checked and all my levels were good, they recommended to start dosing "All for reef" and picked up 3 starter corals. GSP frag, Zoa frag, and a hairy mushroom frag.
Since last week they were doing great in the tank, fast forward to 2-3 days ago and the GSP closed up completely and Zoa's are barely opening and the mushroom is Thriving. I did do a small peroxide dip on the Zoa's and GSP today to get rid of any parasites or bacteria or algae if it was an unwelcomed guests and placed them back in the tank in different positions to see if could've been lighting or flow issues. Trying to get anyone's recommendations/ opinions on what it could be and what to do. Appreciate any help.

Water parameters please, and images if able.
I'll try and get them this week-weekend if I'm able to. I'll try and snag a picture in the morning though

Got it tested today again
